This report identified the bottlenecks in the recruitment process and led to less lead time for candidates.
Executive Idle Reduction
The Vehicle Idling report provided VPs with high-level insights to the progress of the Idle Reduction Campaign at USIC, which led to a $2.4 million cost reduction in idle fuel waste in 2025.
Procurement Cost Analysis
My reporting for the procurement division at USIC painted the picture leadership needed to affect change in vendor decisions, saving $4 million in locating supplies costs alone.
